# All about the tool functionality

Are you tired of going through a myriad of different tools in your organization, opening dozens of Internet tabs every time you turn on your computer?

You want to simplify the life of all the members of your organization by gathering on a single page all the different tools used in your company and make them accessible in 1 click?

Incenteev has a solution for that! Thanks to this feature, you can manage external tools directly from your Incenteev platform! 👇

****To add a tool****

If you want to create a space to add your tool shortcuts, you can consult the "How to manage external tools?" page.

****To modify a tool****

Once your tools have been added to the platform, you have the possibility to modify them.

If you want to modify the name, the description, the link, or the visual, please follow this procedure:

* Go to "****Organization Administration****" and in the Organization section, click on the last link titled "****Manage external tools****".
* On the tool you want to modify, click on "****edit****" symbolized by a pencil.
* You can now rename your tool, change the visual or the link to it.
* Don't forget to ****save**** your changes.

****To delete a tool****

If you want to delete a tool, here is how to do it:

* Go to "****Organization Administration****" and in the Organization section, click on the last link labeled "****Manage External Tools****".
* On the tool you want to modify, click on "****delete****" symbolized by a trash can.

_****Be careful, the deletion of a tool is final.****_
