# How to archive or delete a focus?

# 📖 User Guide: How to Archive or Delete a Focus

This guide explains how to organize your Focuses by archiving, reactivating, or permanently deleting them.

## 📦 1. Archive a Focus

If you no longer use a Focus but want to keep its data, you can archive it. There are two ways to do this:

## Quick Method (Via the Icon)

* ****Step 1:**** Go to the ****Performance**** tab, then click on ****Focus****.
* ****Step 2:**** In the list, find the relevant Focus and click on the ****Archive icon****.

## Via the Edit Menu

* ****Step 1:**** Go to the ****Performance**** tab, then click on ****Focus****.
* ****Step 2:**** Click on the ****pencil**** icon (Edit) on the Focus of your choice.
* ****Step 3:**** Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click ****Archive****.

## 🔄 2. Reactivate an Archived Focus

If you need to retrieve a Focus that has been hidden:

* ****Step 1:**** Go to the ****Performance**** tab, then click on ****Focus****.
* ****Step 2:**** Go to the archived Focuses section (****Archived**** status).
* ****Step 3:**** Click on the ****folder**** icon to reactivate it and bring it back online.

## ❌ 3. Permanently Delete a Focus

⚠️ ****Warning:**** This action is irreversible and will permanently erase the Focus.

* ****Step 1:**** Go to the ****Performance**** tab, then click on ****Focus****.
* ****Step 2:**** Click on the ****pencil**** icon (Edit) on the Focus you want to remove.
* ****Step 3:**** Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click ****Delete the focus****.
