# How to create a coaching mission

You wish to create a coaching mission for one or more of your employees? You can also create coaching missions for yourself. We'll show you how! 👇

****Create a coaching mission for an collaborator****

* Go to the ****Coaching**** section
* Select the name of one of your team members.
* Click on the "+ Mission" button.
* Complete the mission:
* The title of the mission
* You can define a business objective (Example: call 10 prospects). This objective can be updated manually (by you or your collaborator) or based on an indicator and will therefore be updated automatically.
* A description
* A deadline
* Click on the "****Launch****" button and let's go!

****Create a coaching mission for yourself****

* Go to the ****Coaching**** section
* If you do not have a coachee, you are directly on your page. If not, click on "personal page" at the top of your screen.
* Click on the "+ Mission" button
* Complete the mission:
* The title of the mission
* You can define a business objective (Example: call 10 prospects). This objective can be updated manually (by you or your collaborator) or based on an indicator and will be updated automatically.
* A description
* A deadline
* Click on the "Launch" button and let's go!
