# How to create and plan a coaching session?

When you click on the "****Coaching****" function in the left-hand menu, you first come to a list of your coachees.

As a reminder, your list of coachees is made up of the people who are directly linked to you ****hierarchically****. This list is based on the organization chart of your organization already set up in Incenteev and is generated automatically.

__As a reminder, only the coach can schedule a coaching session.__

****To create and schedule a coaching session****

* Choose the collaborator with whom you wish to create a session by clicking on his/her name.
* Click on "****+ coaching session****".
* A new window will open, asking you to choose the session ****model**** you want.
* Clicking on the appropriate session template will open a new window in which you can ****plan**** the date and time of your next session, as well as customize your session by ****hiding**** some preset questions or ****adding**** new ones to the structure.
* Once you have clicked on the "****create****" button, your coachee will receive a notification the next time he or she logs on that a coaching session has been scheduled.
