# How to duplicate, edit, delete, or deactivate a program template?

Managing your templates effectively allows you to quickly adapt existing content, pause specific training paths, or clean up your training catalog.

### Step 1: Access program templates

* Go to the ***Orga admin*** menu.
* In the section dedicated to programs, click on ***Manage program templates***.

### Step 2: Open the actions menu

* Identify the relevant program template in your list.
* Click on the ***3 small dots*** (__More actions__) located next to the template.

### Step 3: Choose the desired action

A menu appears displaying all available options.Simply click on your choice:

* ***Edit:*** To review the template structure and make adjustments.
* ***Deactivate:*** To temporarily hide the template without deleting it.
* ***Duplicate:*** To create an exact copy of the template and use it as a foundation for a new training program.
* ***Archive:*** To remove the template from the active catalog while retaining its history.
* ***Delete:*** To permanently remove the template from your administration workspace.

> ***Reminder:*** Duplication is ideal if you want to create a similar training path for another team or level without building everything from scratch!
