# How to launch a training program?

> ****Note:**** A program can only be launched if it includes ****at least one step**** and ****participants****.

There are two methods to launch a program.

## Method 1: From Programs
### Step 1: Access programs

From your ****dashboard****, go to the ****Programs**** menu.

### Step 2: Open drafts

Access the ****Drafts**** tab, then locate the program you wish to launch.

### Step 3: Launch the program

Click ****Launch**** to the right of the relevant program.If your program contains at least one step and participants, it will launch immediately and become accessible to assigned users.

## Method 2: From session templates

You can also launch a program from session templates.

### Step 1: Access session templates

From your ****dashboard****, go to ****Organization Administration****, then click ****Manage session templates****.

### Step 2: Launch the program

Locate the corresponding session template, then click ****Launch program****.The program will launch provided it contains at least one step and participants.
