# How to rename an indicator?

### 1. Access the Performance section
In your main menu, click on the **Performance** tab.
### 2. Open dashboards
Select **Dashboard** from the drop-down menu or side navigation.
### 3. Select the relevant dashboard
Click on the dashboard containing the indicator you want to modify.
### 4. Go to the Indicators section
Once on the dashboard, click on the **Indicators** section, then go to the **Indicators** subsection.
### 5. Click on the edit pencil
Find the indicator to rename in the list and click on the **pencil icon (Edit)** next to it.
### 6. Enter the new name
In the form that opens, locate the **Name** field and enter your new name.
### 7. Save changes
Click on the **Save** button to confirm and apply the modification.
