# How to reset a user's quiz score?

Did an employee encounter an issue during their quiz? Would you like to reset their score to zero?It's very easy, just follow this guide 👇

* Go to the ****Quiz**** feature on the left side of your screen.
* On the quiz where you wish to reset a score, click on "****View report****" on the right.
* In the "****Number of participants****" section, click on "****View details****".
* In this section, you will see the participants, their scores, and the date they completed the quiz. On this page, click the red button "****Clear participation****". Please note that this action is permanent.

🔎 Good to know: A participant can take a quiz multiple times without requiring you to clear their attempt. Only the score from the first attempt is recorded. If quiz points are used in a challenge, they will also be reset to zero.
