# How to add multiple identifiers to the same user

Although the default identifier on Incenteev is the user's email address, you can also add other identifiers used within your organization (employee ID, HR IDs, etc.).  
To do so, follow these steps:

* Go to "Settings" at the top right of your window and click on "Organization Administration".
* In the "Users" section, select "Manage multiple identifiers".The following window will appear:
* Click on the "+ ADD" button to the right of the user to whom you want to add a new identifier.
* Enter the additional identifier you want to assign to this person (you can add multiple identifiers for a single user).
* Don't forget to click "Save"!
